If you need to cancel or reschedule, please make sure to do it at least 24 hours prior. Once the appointment is within 24 hours, you will be charged 90% of your appointment cost as a cancellation fee. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
